Program and sender

Briggs Solutions for Business offers optional text messaging for adults seeking or using our business advisory and operational services. These terms apply to our text messaging program and do not replace a separate client services agreement.

Our non-marketing program covers one-to-one service conversations and appointment follow-ups that you explicitly agree to receive. BNI meeting texts provide reminders and schedule changes about a meeting you booked. BNI referral texts acknowledge a referral you submitted and ask related follow-up questions. Initial BNI meeting confirmations, calendar invitations, and Google Meet details arrive by email. Texts are limited to the purpose you accepted; the program does not send promotional offers or advertising.

Consent and your choices

You must explicitly give permission for the text program and purpose you select. Booking, service, and referral permissions apply only to their disclosed purposes. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, booking a meeting, submitting a form, or making a referral. Giving us a telephone number, becoming a client, subscribing to email, choosing Text as a contact preference, or being introduced by another person does not itself provide SMS consent. A submitting referrer may agree to texts about their own referral; the introduced person needs a separate opt-in before receiving texts. One person's consent does not enroll anyone else.

By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Contact us if that number changes. One-to-one delivery through our business messaging platform remains subject to these consent and opt-out rules.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, conversations, and selected program. Your wireless provider's message and data charges may apply to incoming and outgoing messages. Ask your provider about your plan and charges.

Stop messages or rejoin

Reply STOP to a text from Briggs Solutions for Business, or text STOP to 207-401-7447, to end SMS messages from this program. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will follow unless you provide a new opt-in. You may also ask us to stop by contacting [email protected] or 207-401-7447.

To rejoin, complete the program's opt-in process again. A prior client relationship or an earlier consent that you withdrew does not automatically restart texts.

Delivery

Text delivery depends on your device, wireless provider, network coverage, and other factors. Mobile carriers bear no responsibility for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Text messaging is not an emergency channel.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including mobile numbers and text-message consent. We do not sell your SMS consent or provide mobile information to third parties for their marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Material changes to the purpose of the messages require an appropriate new consent; a terms update alone does not expand your SMS permission.
